How do I Order a dress I see online?
Do you see a dress you love? Just call or email us! If the dress is available, we will ship the dress (or dresses) to you for you to try (you just pay shipping). We can also help you choose from our other dresses if you aren't sure.
How do I Order a Custom Dress?
If your dress is a custom order, a 50% deposit is required, and the balance is due when dress is returned after your fitting. More details can be found under Dancewear, "Custom Designs".
What exactly is our Exchange Program?
We offer an amazing exchange program. If you purchase a dress from us, you have up to one year to return to us for up to 50% credit of the price you paid to use towards your next dress purchase! If you purchased the dress over a year ago, then it is at our discretion if we will be able to offer a credit. The exchange program is not offered for sale dresses.
Pricing/Shipping
Each gown is priced individually. Prices are determined by the design, fabric, complexity and quantity of embellishments. Many options are available. We generally charge extra for shipping - we are happy to send either ground (the cheapest option) or overnight if there is a rush.
